Privacy policy
Your information, and what we do with it.
Last updated 11 October 2026
G10 Golf, the app and g10.golf, is run by Vico Clubs Pty Ltd (ABN 98 694 928 026), "we". This policy explains what we collect and why. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
- Optionally, your golf handicap, phone number and shirt size, if you add them to your profile.
- The scores, matches and results you and your trip enter.
Location
The app's GPS screen uses your phone's location to show distances on the course. Your location is used on your phone only. It is not sent to us or stored. You can refuse or turn off location access at any time; everything else keeps working.
How we use it
To run your trip: to sign you in, show you in your trip's teams, matches and leaderboards, and let your organisers contact you.
Other members of a trip you join can see your name, email address, handicap and scores. If you create a trip, its members can also see your phone number, if you've added one.
We do not sell your information, show ads, or use analytics or tracking tools.
Who else handles it
Our hosting provider, Laravel Cloud, stores the data. Satellite map images are loaded from Esri, which receives your device's IP address as part of that request. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.
Security
All data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Passwords are stored hashed.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account until you delete it. You can delete it from Your details once signed in to g10.golf, or by emailing info@vicoclubs.io from your account's email address. How deleting works.
Deleting removes your name, contact details and password. Scores already recorded in a trip stay as "Former player", so your trip's results still add up.
Children
G10 Golf is for people aged 18 and over.
Access, correction and complaints
You can view and change your details in your profile. For anything else, or to make a complaint, email info@vicoclubs.io. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
